VRRM has retreated back to its last base,

PCTY has also acted quiet well this past week. Waiting for another base to form in order to add shares. I expect it to come back to its last base if the correction, continues. So far it is been going up since its last base.

So, we had a major correction starting from the latest top on APR-25. I believe the correction was 19%. We now start the count for a meaningful bounce. System's stops (ATRSTOP, 50EMA)

ATR STOP's definition

1. It uses the highest stop value for a period of 20 days.
2. It uses 2.5 as a multiplier.
3. ATR range is set to 10 days.

This is what traders called a Chandelier Exit

Today's stop = HHV( Today's high - 2.5*ATR(10), 20)

HHV is a formula to find the highest value for the given range. In my system that value is 20 days.

Normally the system's entry stop is the ATRSTOP. It then switches to the 50EMA stop once the trade establishes a long term trend.

The 50EMA as an entry stop is only used for a trade currently in a long term trend that has touched/crossed the 50EMA line and bounced back above the 50EMA line. Obviously, this means that you are (a) initiating a new trade or (b) getting back into the trade.
